Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original COEUR DE LION gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
